PAYMENT
- We only accept Paypal payment, if you don't have Paypal account you can still pay by credit card via Paypal gateway, it is 100% secure.

SHIPPING
- We shipped worldwide to buyer Paypal registered address. For international customer please check with your local customs as we don't responsible for any taxes, duties or tariff apply by your local customs.

- We will ship your items within 3 business days after payment cleared. (excluding weekends & holidays)

- We will ship your item with Regular Airmail by Hong Kong Post without tracking number, please keep in mind the Regular Airmail is not trackable.

-For more secure and trackable shipment please add extra US$2.50/shipment for Registered Mail with tracking number.

- We will not responsible for undelivered mail/item if sent with non-registered mail.

- Usually it will takes around 10 -21 business days to reach the destination worldwide. However in some occasions it will take up to 25 business days, but we do not responsible if item been held by your local customs for some reasons.

- In some peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and so on, shipping duration might take longer than usual. We hope that you can be patient while awaiting shipment.

- We will not responsible of any delay, damage, misdirected or undelivered mail caused by carrier transit time.

- Exclusively for USA customer we will upgrade your shipping with ePacket by Hong Kong Post if the items you purchased is eligible for this service.

RETURN
- In case of defectiveness return must be requested within 7 business days after received the item.

- Return item must be in brand new condition which means it is never been used and kept in it's original packaging. Buyer must pay for return shipping.

- Replacement or refund will be made after we received item and refund will only available to your Paypal account.

- No replacement or refund will be made for any damage caused by accidentally using.

- Shipping cost it not refundable.
